Terms of Use

1. Parties

The services are offered under the trade name Braineura to the customer who creates or is given access to a workspace.

2. The service

Braineura is a marketing and growth intelligence platform: it reads data from the sources the customer connects, forms hypotheses with an evidence level and prepares recommendations and drafts.

Braineura recommends and prepares; sensitive actions depend on human approval. Today no action is executed on external platforms.

The status of each feature (Available, Beta · Rolling out, Roadmap) is shown on the home page; roadmap items are not part of the service until they are made available.

3. Account and access

• Access is personal; the customer is responsible for credentials and for the roles assigned in the workspace.
• The second authentication factor must be kept when required.
• Accounts may be suspended in case of misuse or security risk.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Published prices are in US dollars (USD) per month; the Enterprise plan is priced on request. Each plan's limits are initial and subject to change.

Today no charge is made through this site; contracting is arranged through the sales contact.

5. Acceptable use

• Connect only data sources the customer has the right to use.
• Do not try to access other workspaces' data or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activities.

6. Customer data

Data from connected sources belongs to the customer and is processed on the customer's behalf, isolated per workspace. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Recommendations and drafts support decisions and depend on the customer’s review; observed association is not causation.
